Refund Policy
Shanipeeth.Org provides best in class Astrological Services to our customers and has a legacy of 33+years after being established by our revered Guru Rajneesh Rishi Ji. Astrology (or Vedic Astrology) is based on the scriptures and manuscripts written by our Great Sages thousands of years ago. The services that we provide are based on these manuscripts and the calculations based on planetary positions. Sometimes the predictions made using these calculations may not be accurate because human life events are complex and difficult to predict or because of our limited experiences. If you are someone who do not believe in Astrology or are not willing to entertain the possibility that these predictions may be incorrect, you are requested not to use our services.
However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise that require a refund. To ensure a transparent and fair refund process, we have established the following refund policy for our intangible digital products -
- Refund Claim Submission Window:
- Refund claims must be submitted via email to support@Shanipeeth.Org within 72 hours of the original payment date.
- After the 24-hour period has elapsed, no refund requests will be entertained.
- Requirements for Refund:
- We will make every effort to address and rectify any issues or concerns you may have with our digital products.
- If you encounter a problem, please contact our support team immediately via email to support@Shanipeeth.Org, providing a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant screenshots of files.
- Our team will diligently work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- Refund Process:
- If, despite our best efforts, we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price.
- Once eligible, the refund will be initiated immediately and it will take upto 4-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your account statement.
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- If a refund is not feasible through the original payment method, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method that is mutually acceptable.
Refunds will not be provided in cases where the issue arises due to -
- User error (including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect information provided, failure to download biodata on the download page due to hardware/software/network limitations on end user device etc )
- Misuse / Violation of the terms and conditions.
- Refund claims received after a 72 hours window.
